Columbia Women in Business (CWiB) is one of the largest student organizations at Columbia Business School, with over 400 members, and serves to foster a lifelong community of CBS women. CWiB provides support for Columbia Business School women to attain personal and professional success through mentorship, coaches, events, and programming.
CWiB provides invaluable education, support, and friendship to its membership through events such as the annual CWiB Conference, community service opportunities, Columbia Women's Week, and alumnae outreach.
CWiB also works closely with the Office of Admissions to host events for prospective women business school students. Diversity Matters, an annual afternoon event highlighting diversity and inclusion at Columbia Business School, will be hosted in conjunction with the Black Business Students Association, Columbia Women in Business, Cluster Q, the Hispanic Business Association, and the Military in Business Association this fall.
